Ronald Frederick officially launched his consumer law practice in 1997.  The firm’s mission is to protect and defend the embattled consumer, whose rights are routinely trampled on by arrogant and unscrupulous creditors and businesses.  These include debt collectors, banks, car dealers, and predatory lenders, among others.

The attorneys who practice at Ronald Frederick & Associates Co., L.P.A., believe pursuing dishonest and abusive creditors and businesses not only benefits consumers, but also honest  businesses by ensuring the competition plays by the rules and that all consumers are treated fairly.

The firm pursues this mission by bringing individual cases for wronged consumers, as well as broad scale class actions to end deceptive and abusive business practices affecting consumers nationwide.
